The website is run by a division of Romantic Tours, Inc. which is owned and operated out of Florida. It is stressed numerous times that this is not a mail order bride service and that the website offers a unique way for Russian women to be able to make a connection with Western men. The overall goal of the website is to be able to help these women and men to connect and have a genuine relationship together, not to be a mail order bride service that offers men a catalogue of women that they can buy and have delivered to their front door.

One downside to this website were that it could be confusing to navigate and those who had little or no computer experience would have a hard time being able to look through the website. Services offered on this site are claimed to be unique.

They include live video streaming (you can choose if you want to be engaged in a chat with the women or if you simply would like to watch them), having an online web hostess who can help guide you through their services, instant messaging, email messaging, translation services, and an online gift shop. This gift shop allows you to stand apart from other men and send a lovely lady that you are enjoying a gift.

You are able to sign up for a free profile with this site. The free profile enables you to be able send and receive up to ten emails, introductions or follow up emails. However each thing that you do on the site requires that you use credits and when your credits are done you must wait for the following month in order to be able to communicate through the site again.

There are three different levels of membership that you can pay for. Each of these memberships offer some great opportunities for further interaction with the women and offer more credits to use the services that are available through the site. Price points for these different memberships range from $9.99-$49.99 per month.

As for the girls on this site, well looking through the profiles can be a bit disappointing. Girls on this site were a lot plainer than some of the other sites that I have visited. Beautiful women on the site did exist but they seemed to be far and few between so it was not what I was hoping for when looking through the profiles.

Overall the site is not very forward and it was somewhat difficult to find information that I was looking for. Plus I was forced to create a profile in order to see any of the women's profiles or to be able to figure out the full cost of additional memberships.

Our Star Rating: 4/10…not as good of a selection of women, much prettier women are available on a range of other sites…unable to identify the pricing without creating a membership and profile, information was hard to find and not very upfront
